It means she's all dressed up for work though (sans the elaborate head piece). She's even wearing a bit of make-up-- it helps her look a little more, you know, lively. Like a normal person. Amazing.
Either way the bottom line is she probably looks quite a bit different from the bloody, tired mess she was in ViViD, though her emotions are as muted as ever. Still, she's curious that he reached out to her.]
